If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility to return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — this means it must be unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear such as stains, marks, stretching, or damage. All returned products must include original packaging, labels, and tags exactly as they were upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened or used training equipment, items that are clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase, customized or made-to-order products, and intimate accessories including undergarments and hosiery that are worn close to the body.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable postal service when sending back your return, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will go through a quality inspection process to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund — depending on the condition of the product — to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the return has been accepted. Please be aware that shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take care of the issue as quickly as possible by offering either a full refund or a replacement product, including any shipping costs that may have applied. We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, color, or model, we kindly ask that you place a new order separately after completing the return of the original item.

If you are returning items from outside of our base country, please make sure to correctly label your parcel as “Returned Goods” on all customs declarations and shipping forms.
